Brooke Bryant

is a musicologist, singer, stage director and teacher living and working in New York City. A songwriter and classically-trained soprano, she performs her own music and pieces by Renaissance, Baroque and Classical composers at rock clubs and concert halls in the New York area. Her interests in the early modern period and rock are reflected in her scholarship, wherein she writes about both areas.
